SUP IKAN MERAH LAUK PANTANG (PKPP-COVID 1)


Tengahari tadi balik dari HUKM mak aku masakkan nasi putih & Sup Ikan Merah untuk aku..
Dah masuk minggu ke 2 makan berpantang..
Haaa... bukan orang dapat babby jer kena pantang
Orang sakit pun kena pantang
Orang sakit mata pun kena pantang gak tau
Hanya makan lauk ikan & sayur jer
Dah tak berani nak makan ayam, daging d seafood kecuali ikan
Ikan pun hanya jenis isi putih
Sebab nenek kata kalau yangbisi ada hitam tu ikannya berbisa & aku xleh makan takut gatal
Dah serik 2 minggu lepas makan cucur udang
Mata bengkak merah macam bisul


 Makan panas-panas
Berpeluh macam lari 4x100m


 Sedap la sup ni
Mak aku letal banyak sayur
Kentang
Carrot
White radish pun ada
Aku x suka white radiah a.k.a Lobak Putih sebab ada rasa pahit
Tapi mak aku cakap makan jer sebab dah x pahit sangat sebab mak aku kata dah rebus lama nak hilangkan pahit
Mmmm mak aku jaranv masak lobaknputih ni
Selalu aku makan tu jeruk lobak putih
Sedap walaupun masam & ada sikit bau pahit
Mak aku cakap lobak putih ni banyak khasiat..
Ok lah.. Aku makan



SUP IKAN MERAH & LOBAK PUTIH
1 keping ikan merah - potong 3 ketul
1/2 batang lobak putih - buang kulit & hiris bulat
1/2 batang lobak merah - buangbkulit d potong jejari
1 biji kentang - bah 8
1 bawang holland-belah2
1 biji tomato
Garam dan daun sup
Hirisan lemon( jika suka sup masam)

Bahan tumis
2 bawang merah
2 bawang putih
1 ketul halia muda-racik
2 bunga lawang
1 kulit kayu manis
10 lada hitam
2 sudu minyak

1. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan tumis
2. Masukkan ikan & kentang,carrot & lobak putih
3. Tambah 4 cawan air. Biar mendidih hingga kentang empuk
4. Tambah bawang holland, tomato dan garam.
5. Bila mendidih dan sayur lembut, sesuaikan rasa
6. Tabur daun sup & jika suka masam, perah limau

    1. 😅 Kiter suka isi sebab kepala banyak tulang.
      Tapi kalau kepala ikan.. Ikiter akan korek makan isi kat pipi ikan.. So seddddddd

    Bread nak bunuh kutu legal dlm freezer stay fridge.
    Expiry date meant for manufacturing audit trails. Loss damage and sales.
    Consumer must use their common sense approach. If tin dented then check the food inside. If tin is ok shouldn't be any issue of rust leech into the food. The food should be edible and consumable.as long as the packaging is intact. Then the actual taste test.
    Imagine the food stockpile during the war .... Some has been produced for year prior . Also the company stockpile their supply..the re produced.
    During the vascondagama... Took the traders years to go and years to come back. Then sell. The next traders took months to years to go back to their land using horse carts etc.
    Then keep it for the next few years the food stuffs and spices. So they survive.....

    Don't worry ..suruh mak Bava.

      Mmm macam betul jugak tu..
      Mesti dulu-dulu mana ada expired date kan..
      Nak berdagang kat negeri Melaka & Kepulauan Melayu memang jauh kan
