DIARY HARI SABTU- BERANGAN BELI CONDO

 Diary semalam...
Hari Sabtu..
Mak aku cakap ada kursus..
Aku minta mak aku hantar aku gi umah Auni
Sebab dah janji ngan Auni & Nad nak study sama- sama...
Umah Auni best...
Condo...mestilah best...
Sebab sampai umah Auni awal..
Tunggu Nad datang..
Pastu di breakfast kat mamak tepi pintu masuk
Mak aku bagi duit lebih soh belanja Auni & Nad sebab selalu tumpang umah Auni kalau mak aku ada meeting or kursus kat luar....
Selalu kalau mak aku ada kursusu @ meeting mak aku amik lambat sebab jammed..
Kadang pukul 6 baru mak aku amik..
Aku akan tumpang umah Auni..
Ni mak aku ada kursus weekend...pun aku minta mak aku hantarvumah Auni..
Dah janji nak study kat library ngan Auni & Nad
Sebelah library ada cafe...
Tapi just ada goreng- goreng macam nugget,hotdog..fries..camtu jer la
Kalau rajin..kitorang janji pakai pakaian sukan...
Kitorang gi gym..
Kalau rajin lagu ...gi swimming..
Dah banyak kali gi swimming kat sini..
Walaupun aku bukan pandai swimming..
Hahahaha...

Aku sedang verangan...dah kerja nanti aku nak beli condo jugak la...

Actually..condo ni kakak dia nyer
Family dia yang lain kat BTHO...
Kat sana pin umah dia 3rd storey wei..!
Dulu...kalau buat kerja seni ...aku,,Haikal Hassan,Danial akan buat kat umah Auni yang kat BTHO tu...
Now..since kakak dia dok condo ni...
Kitorang pun dah tukat port studygroup...
Condo plak...
Heee...kerja menumpang umah Auni jer...
Hahahaha


 Pukul 4.30 mak aku call dah sampai parking depan lobby...
Nad ngan Auni hantar aku sampai kereta


Hujannnn....

    kalau investment baik beli landed property. at least value naik lebih tinggi, own freehold title, no maintenance fee management fee , ground rent etc. so banyak kelebihan beli landed property ie: rumah.
    kalau condo ni ownership melalui strata title, the is only so much the price go up. cannot do any renovation without committee and management approval..
    House - can do renovations and all ... no hidden charges such as management fee and service charge monthly if lives in condo...so the higher end the condo.. the higher it gets the service fee.. and increase every year.
    So belajor rajin rajin, so can get good job and good pay and can buy both house and condo...
