CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE

Chocolate  Lava Cake....
Dah lama nak makan Chocolate Lava Cake ni...
Tapi xtau nak beli kat mana...
Dahh banyak kali juga request kat mak aku...
Mak aku x buat pung...!!!
Baru hari ni mak aku penuhi hajat aku..
Haaaa....puas hati aku....!!!!!
 Memang meleleh lava.....
Mulanya aku cadang nak simpan beberapa biji untuk bekal esok...
Tapi seriously...
x perasan ...
Sedar2 dah habis semuanya...!!!
Mak aku kata ni first time buat lava cake ni..
Alhamdulillah berkat doa aku supaya jadi cake yang melimpah lava nyer..!!!!
Haaa...suka hati je mengaku itu doa aku,,
Heee...mak aku x marah pun....
Resipi Choclate Lava Cake ni mak aku kata amik kat KAT BLOG NI...
Betul.....sebab mak aku siap screen shot untuk tengok masa nak masak tadi
Tapi aku tengok kat situ tulis Moltan Chocolate Cake..


 MOLTAN CHOCOLATE CAKE..
  1. stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter(-+ 1/2 blok)
  2. 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, preferably Valrhona( -+ 3/4 blok dark compound chocolate)
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 2 egg yolks
  5. 1/4 cup sugar
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°. Butter and lightly flour four 6-ounce ramekins. Tap out the excess flour. Set the ramekins on a baking sheet.
  2. In a double boiler, over simmering water, melt the butter with the chocolate. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with the egg yolks, sugar and salt at high speed until thickened and pale.
  3. Whisk the chocolate until smooth. Quickly fold it into the egg mixture along with the flour. Spoon the batter into the prepared ramekins and bake for 12 minutes, or until the sides of the cakes are firm but the centers are soft. Let the cakes cool in the ramekins for 1 minute, then cover each with an inverted dessert plate. Carefully turn each one over, let stand for 10 seconds and then unmold. Serve immediately.
Make Ahead The batter can be refrigerated for several hours; bring to room temperature before baking. 
*** sebab xde ramekins ..hanya masukkan dalam muffin mold...dapat hasilkan 11  biji

 Mak aku tengah mix telur & gula
Masa tengah panas ni...pergh....nampak camaner lava tu meleleh...camtu la air liur aku meleleh juga...
Hasil loyang yang k-2 mak aku kata kurang naik sebab sengaja kurangkan masa bakar untuk dapatkan lebih banyak lava....
Dark Compound Chocolate yang mak aku guna..
Syyyy......nampak mak aku beli Biskut Tiramisu..
Hmmm..macam ada projek baru jew..
Ops...!!!!
