OLD FASHIONED BUTTER CAKE...LAGIIIIIIII...!!!!!

Old Fashioned Butter Cake....
Aku ngan mak aku memang sama taste sebab sama-sama suka Butter Cake...
Kali ke-2 mak aku buat butter cake ni  dalam bulan September 2014....
Kali pertama pada 2 September ...

Ni Old Fashioned Butter Cake versi 2 September 2014...Bentuknya molattttt..heee..Kosong xde apa2 eksesori....
Ni plak Old Fashioned Butter Cake versi 17 Srptember nyer....bentuk Square ...& ada eksesori red ruby..hahahaha..buah ceri la..
Tapi jujurnya aku lagi suka versi 2 September sebab aku memang x suka ceri tu...Kalau makan kuih sampret pun aku memang akan buang cerinya..hehehe
Lagi satu yang ni ada sikit bau telur sebab mak aku kata lupa nak bubuh esen vanila....loh..hilang bau butter dia...
Eh,rupanya mak aku kata yang versi 2 September tu mak aku guna butter yang lebih berkualiti..butter cap Bintang....& yang ni guna butter biasa je..cap Lembu Ladang...hahahah Farmcow la...
Kata mak aku lain kali kena la guna butter yang baik sikit walaupun harga 2x ganda dari butter biasa tapi bau & rasanya memang sedap..

Bila tanya resipi untuk aku letak sini..mak aku kata cari je post sebelum ni & copy paste je..heee
Mak aku kata resipi tu pun copy paste juga dari internet tapi dh lupa kat mana...
Tapi sebab aku x faham sangat step by step dia..makanya mak aku yang tolong  copy & paste step by step tu ikut gambar yang betull.....heee


Old fashioned butter cake

250g butter
100g sugar
5 egg yolks (large)
230g cake flour
1tsp double action baking powder
4tbsp milk
1/2tsp vanilla essence

5 egg whites (large)
90g sugar

Method
1. Place the butter, sugar and vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat until light and creamy.
2. Add the egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the flour and baking powder and beat well to combine. Fold through the milk and combine well.
3. Beat egg whites in a clean large bowl until soft foam. Gradually add in sugar, and beat till soft peak.
4. Take one portion of the egg white mixture, and use a hand whisk to stir well with egg yolk mixture till combine and thick paste.
5. Slowly fold in the balance egg white with a spatula till well combine.
6. Spoon the batter in a cake pan which line the base with paper and lightly grease.
7. Bake at preheated oven at 180c for 55mins or until cooked when tested with a skewer.

6. Spoon the batter in a cake pan which line the base with paper and lightly grease.
